Subject: The Walking Dead Video Game Has Five Episodes, Ends With "No Time Left" Tue Mar 20, 2012 12:35 am
Details of Telltale Games "The Walking Dead" video game have been revealed. Fans of the series, hoping to play the story of the show, will be disappointed, as the game centers around another character, named Lee Everett. During his journey, he will come across characters from the series, but his story differs from that of the TV show.
The game has 5 episodes (the same number as Back to the future) in which players will have to achieve a certain goal, before being able to move on to the next episode.

Back to the future the game, is it me or did it seem like Christopher Lloyd was racing through his lines.
Walking Dead game, not following the TV show ? Good, the TV show really rearranged everything from the books. The Walking Dead books are sooooooooooo much better.

Namco Bandai published a new trailer of SoulCalibur V, that has been on the shelves for a while now, showcasing the updates coming with a new patch on March the 21st and future DLC. The trailer boasts more than 240 changes to the battle system ad shows quite a few DLC costume elements coming on April the 3rd and beyond. If you want to dress Pyrrha in a school swimsuit or if you like purple afros, this may be your chance.

Boo hoo! Image Epoch has curb-stomped rumors that Toki to Towa would be getting North American and/or European localizations alongside its Japanese release. The company has decided that, while they have high hopes for the game, they will wait and see how it fares in its homeland first. “Presently, plans for development of an English version have not been scheduled. If we conquer Japan, maybe we will be able to advance [the game] into overseas markets,” tweeted the game’s official Twitter account. Toki to Towa and its gorgeous anime-style gameplay is scheduled for release in Japan later this year as a PlayStation 3 exclusive

Subject: Microsoft Banning Street Fighter X Tekken DLC Hackers Tue Mar 20, 2012 12:55 pm
On March 4th, somebody discovered that the forthcoming DLC characters for Street Fighter X Tekken were already on the retail disc. Since then, hackers have been ‘unlocking’ these characters for use in their games. Not only is this stealing since Capcom is selling the additional characters, but it’s also plain cheating since the characters aren’t even out yet. These unlocked characters have even been making the rounds on Xbox Live, as numerous gamers have reported. Capcom has addressed this issue and detailed its plans to take action against it. Initially, Capcom had arranged for players who capture “screens or video” of a hacker using these characters to add the evidence to a thread.

Later this thread was closed and Capcom promised to capture the hackers single-handedly. Currently, convicted hackers (and the consoles affiliated) are being banned from Xbox Live. I play this game online regularly on the PS3 and I haven’t seen any of the DLC characters yet. I wonder if and when hackers will get around to it…

Something to sink your teeth into Reports emerging this morning indicate that Crystal Dynamics is working on a full reboot of the vampire series, Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver. VG247 has the scoop, suggesting that the game will be a “full reworking of the vampire action classic” with a new art direction. The site notes that a reveal was previously planned for this year, but it has since learned that the information may not be accurate. With Crystal Dynamics still hard at work on Tomb Raider, a 2012 announcement doesn’t make much sense – but we suppose it depends how deep into development the project actually is.

The original Soul Reaver launched on the PlayStation back in 1999. A direct sequel was released on the PlayStation 2 in 2001, but the series has been dormant since the release of Legacy of Kain: Defiance back in 2003.

SEGA's Virtua Fighter 5 Final Showdown is out in a few months, hoping to draw in a new breed of players to its "speed chess" gameplay. If you practise for years and years and years, you might be as good as VF legend Chibita. The Japanese pro talked to the official SEGA Blog about his play style, career and the secret of having fun in Virtua Fighter: "just jump in and play as much as you can".

Well, there’s some Mass Effect DLC coming, but it’s not the kind fans upset with the game’s ending are hoping for.
It’s fans of Final Fantasy XIII-2 who are serviced here. Starting March 27, in Japan at least, they’ll be able to dress characters Serah and Noel in Commander Shepard’s outfits. Indeed.
After earlier rumors, Famitsu has now confirmed the news (via).
There’s been no announcement yet, but chances are the costumes will head west at some point as well.

With the introduction of both the Wii and Wii U it’s become clear that next generation systems from both Sony and Microsoft shouldn’t just up the power of the tech.

These are just PS4 concepts made by fans & whomever. Some actually look very cool & alot look like crap & are very laughable. There's even websites giving a PS4 countdown with supposed specs on the PS4 & even XBOX720. Microsoft actually has let the 720 logo be displayed in a certain movie, which i'm not telling so you'll have to look on your own. But it just shows microsoft trying to beat Sony to the punch & Sony not worrying & trying to do things right. *Sigh* Some websites just can't wait for Sony to officially announce anything.

Yeah, it seems more than a few PS fans are eager to see the next PS console. However, (as someone brought to my attention) the next PS console, will not be PS4. The reason being, that the number 4 in Japan is held to be a bad number (much like the number 13, here in the US) and is associated with death. Therefore the next PS will have a name, instead of a number.
I actually think a name I thought of would be cool, PS Quantum. Hopefully Sony will come up with a clever name.

lol yeah as sad as it is, no number.
I feel the same way, I'm happy with the PS3, it still has a LOT of energy left. Yeah, I think SONY knows announcing a new system right now, would be detrimental to the PS3. It's also as you stated as well, with a new system, developers would become very sloppy (not that there aren't some already, now) with the games they put out.

Ok if that's free then Team Ninja should've just waited till it was ready & ship Ninja Gaiden3 with it. Maybe the reviews would not've been so harsh. But i can still see the reviews being not as good. In that video humans are saying i don't wanna die & there's no option for mercy & yet Ryu kills them anyway. So where's the supposedly guilty feelings come in other then the arm that momentarily stops you & then you just ignore it.

Tecmo Koei published the official launch trailer today for the upcoming game, Warriors Orochi 3. Opening with a dark shadow creeping over an ancient city, the heroes are introduced by showing them smashing through hordes of enemy soldiers. With over 120 playable characters, you will be able to carve into mobs by using weapons which range from swords to tambourines. There will also be a new character that looks like he just got out of a Tron-themed nightclub floating around there too. If you’re a fan of crossovers, well don’t worry. You will get plenty of action with Ayane from Dead or Alive or Ryu Hayabusa from Ninja Gaiden.

Capcom released today a new trailer of Dragon’s Dogma, that will be published for PS3 and Xbox 360 on May the 22nd. The video, third part of the “progression” series, showcases the outcome of choosing between the available classes and bringing them to their maximum levels, with all the pyrotechnics involved. Funny to see that some still think that Dragon’s Dogma isn’t a RPG. If it looks like a duck, swims like a duck, and quacks like a duck, then guess what it is?

Subject: New Characters Join Persona 4 Arena in Japan Wed Mar 21, 2012 9:39 pm
Persona 4: The Ultimate in Mayonaka Arena (as it’s known in Japan, where it was released earlier this month) will have two new characters added to the fighting roster in the next few weeks. First up, from Persona 3, Elizabeth will be added to the lineup. She was the Velvet Room guide over there, the predecessor to Persona 4‘s Margaret. Shadow Labrys, the final boss of the game, will also be added. Elizabeth with arrive on April 5th, and Shadow Labrys will come later, on April 19th. Persona 4 Arena will launch in the US the summer for the PS3 and Xbox 360. It seems likely these characters will be on the roster when it releases.

Either tomorrow will bring a new announcement on the Uncharted franchise, or PlayStation is celebrating April Fool’s Day early. PlayStation Norway’s official Facebook page has posted an image of Norwegian explorer Fridtjof Nansen with the word “Uutforsket” splashed across his face. Well what does uutforsket mean, you ask? The rough translation is “unexplored,” but we know better — in this instance, it says “Uncharted.” Nansen’s claim to fame is crossing Greenland on an expedition to reach the North Pole. Nansen and his team reached a record northern latitude of 86°14′. His polar travel techniques paved the way for a generation of Arctic and Antarctic expeditions.

PlayStation Norway’s photo of Nansen is accompanied by a link to a teaser site showing the date “22.03.2012″ stamped over a map. It is worth noting that Uncharted 3 received similar reveal treatment from Sony Denmark. Whatever this is, we’ll know by tomorrow.
